Description
This is my new pastel still life painting called 'A Vase of Flowers with Light and Shadow". It is a contemporary piece with beaming lights of oranges, blues and whites in the background. The table top in the foreground reflects a shadow of greens. The table is a conglomerate of blue geometric shapes. The colorful vase of flowers is the focal point of reds, oranges, purples, lavenders, pinks, burgundies and whites. The triangular shapes on the vase brings both sides of the painting together. Enjoy....
